Adjustable Hardline™ Shift Weight for the 07-13 Mazdaspeed3 & 06-07 Mazdaspeed6
From the factory, the Mazdaspeed 3 & 6 have a 20 oz steel weight attached to the shift linkage bracket. This OEM weight maintains a smooth, heavier feel during shifting. Though some drivers like this stock feel, others prefer to have a lighter, more responsive feel. The reduction in weight yields faster gear shifting and a heightened response throughout all gears.

Design
The adjustable Hardline™ Shift Weight is a direct replacement for the stock shifter weight. Each plate weighs 4 oz, 70.4% less than the stock shifter weight. Hardline Plates can be stacked to fine tune the desired shifting feel.

Material
The Hardline™ Shift Weight is constructed from 304 Stainless Steel.

Stock Weight
The OEM counter weight can be found in the driver side section of your engine bay. Depending on the model year of your Mazdaspeed, stock shifter weights come in silver or black. The size of the stock weight may also conflict with various front mounted intercoolers, creating contact with the hot pipe. The compact size of the Hardline™ Shift Weight addresses this fitment issue.

2 plate kit includes (2) 40 mm bolts with washers + locknuts
3 plate kit includes (2) 40 mm & (2) 50 mm bolts with washers + locknuts
4 plate kit includes (2) 40 mm & (2) 50 mm bolts with washers + locknuts



*If you have 3 or more adjustable plates to your Hardline setup, you must use 50mm bolts.
