SURE DREADNAUGHT REAR DIFFERENTIAL BRACE FOR THE FOR 2006-2007 MAZDASPEED 6

The Dreadnaught™ is our solution to the dreaded problems caused by the OE rear differential brace in the Mazdaspeed 6. The rear OE differential brace is prone to breaking and allow premature failure of the rear axles.

DESIGN

To be called the Dreadnaught™, heavy duty had to be an understatement. It puts a leash on the rear differential and calls it Sally. NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) is more than acceptable for a daily driven MS6 and may not even be noticeable by some drivers. The precise CAD/CAM designed bracing makes the fitment just like an OE component.

MATERIAL

The Dreadnaught™ is a constructed from solid 6061-T6 aluminum that interlocks within each other and fastened together with Threadlocker Loctite.

URETHANE

Our track grade polyurethane insures that the brace will stay rigid, keeping the axles in their linear position without increasing NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) into the vehicle cabin.

5 of 5 Rear differential rear mount December 8, 2014

Great packaging. Well worth the money. 4 times as thick as factory mount. Also made of solid aluminium instead of cast like factory. Awesome product.

5 of 5 AWESOME September 16, 2012

I bought the with the Juggernaut, and installed them together. Like everyone says... It is a difficult install (but not unmanageable). I had a lift which made it a bit easier, but still... After the "fun" was over with (total: a lil over 6 hrs.) I took it out and did a full 4000 RPM launch (for the first time since owning the car), and boy... WHOLE new level of love for the MS6. It IS worth every penny. BUY THIS!!!!!!!

5 of 5 Nice Part January 14, 2012
Reviewer: Brian Hardy from New Orleans
OK,
so the dreadnaught is a great part and it really does a great job of keeping the rear diff in check.
The swap itself is a massive PITA!!
If you plan on doing this yourself, find a friend to help you because the diff is very heavy and I highly recommend that you remove the rear sway bar as it is constantly in your way.

5 of 5 PITA but well worth it!!!! June 26, 2011
Reviewer: Robert Moreno from Fort Benning, GA United States
So I first attempted to put this thing in when I insalled the R6 Torque mount in my garage using my own jack...FAILURE!!! So I took my car to the local lift shop and got it done in less than 3 hours.  Extensions, pivots and a rubber mallet did the trick.  This piece with the R6 installed is night and day.  Great product and I highly recommend it.

As the other reviews say, Installation is rough, great quality and peace of mind if you launch your car.
