SURE Intake Plenum TIG for MZR DISI

On the MZR, the stock metal gasket, found between the aluminum intake plenum and aluminum cylinder head, allows heat to transfer freely between the two components. Lets put a stop to this. With the SURE Motorsports direct replacement Thermal Insulating Gasket, we create a thermal barrier, reducing heat transfer to the intake plenum. The SURE TIG™ will provide your Mazda with lower boosted air temperatures, increasing power.

The SURE TIG™ is designed to fit your specific Mazda application. Cad/Cam designed and produced to have larger ports than the stock gasket which ensures the TIG™ will not restrict air flow. The TIG™ fitment allows for porting options of your throttle body, cylinder head, and intake plenum. The precise fitment guarantees a perfect seal.

We offer the TIG™ in 1/16″ and 1/8″ thickness to suit your specific needs.

Intake Plenum TIG™
Our intake plenum TIG™ replaces the stock metal gasket found between the intake plenum and cylinder head on the 2.3L MZR DISI engine. A TIG™ spacer is included for the lower mounting location where the plenum bolts to the cylinder block.

Material
The SURE TIG™ is virgin grade PTFE -400°F up to 500°F and is a reusable gasket. The TIG™ is available in 1/16″ and 1/8″ thicknesses.

Hardware
For applications where TIGs are stacked, additional hardware may need to be acquired.

In the case that a CEL does occur, our technical assistance will troubleshoot the code for a solution. Our CEL guarantee is not applicable on products outside of our product line that effect air flow or the fuel system.

Components Guarantee // Our Warranty covers every component of the product line. This includes all grade polyurethane, all aluminum alloys, all grade steel, all silicone, all units of filtration, and all hardware.

Limited Lifetime Warranty // Our Lifetime Warranty is limited to the original purchaser, with verified proof of purchase from SURE Motorsports or an authorized dealer. Our Warranty covers against breakage or malfunction of the product under normal use due to defects in material. At our discretion, we will replace or repair any defective SURE Product with the same or updated version at no cost to you. We will refund the purchase if a repair or replacement is not possible. The product Warranty will become null and void if the product is misused, abused, tampered with, modified, installed incorrectly, taken apart, or if the product is repaired by anyone other than SURE Motorsports. Our Warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from any or all uses of SURE Motorsports Products.
