SURE Aeros SI Intake System for 2.3L MZR DISI: Stealth Black
Our Standard Issue Aeros™ is our modular intake system. It replaces the entire factory air box without causing any check engine lights. Fully assembled, ready to go out of the box!

MAF Sensor Housing
The new larger MAF housing allows for more air travel and allows for more power on your Mazdaspeed with the correct tune. Proper design is crucial for accurate air metering and avoiding the occurrence of a CEL (check engine light). Our AEROS™ MAF housing is machined from 6061 aluminum.

3.00" Inside Diameter MAF Housing
MAF stands for "mass air flow". Our MAF housing is a very important component that assists in metering air entering your Mazda. This is a crucial component of the intake system. Proper design is required for accurate air metering and performance tuning. Our Aeros™ MAF housing is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum.

Reusable Hybrid Filter
The core filtration of our intake system is a reusable 19 millimeter dry filter capable of trapping particles as small as 40 microns. The durable cotton/polyester fabric can be cleaned and reused, making the days of frequently replacing filters, history.

Finish
The entire MAF housing assembly is put through the anodizing process. This not only makes for a beautiful finish, but more importantly adds corrosion resistance. Anodizing ensures a durable, smooth finish that stands up against corrosion no matter what the driving conditions.

Air Flow Straightener
This small component plays a huge roll in metering incoming air in the MAF housing. Our air flow straighteners are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with blue anodize. To minimize drag, the face of the component that meets incoming air is chamfered to create almost a “blade-like” face. With our air flow straightener, you can drive assured that they will do the job without fail; beauty that performs.

Wire Reinforced Silicone
Our silicone hose is constructed from high performance wire reinforced silicone. Internally wrapping our hose with wire reinforces it against the possibility of expanding and collapsing created in a forced induction system. The silicone hose acts as a heat barrier between metered air and engine bay heat; the cooler, the better. The Aeros™ silicone hose is available in Stealth Black, Designer White, SURE Blue, & Ignition Red.

SURE Stealth Clamps™
Out perform T-bolt clamps? Yes please! Every Aeros™ includes our stainless steel SURE Stealth Clamps™ that feature an inner lining that protects the silicone from being damaged by the worm gear band during tightening.

Mounting Solution
The Aeros mounting components include a rubber vibration mount and adjustable mounting plate.

ZERO CEL Guarantee // Our Warranty guarantees our entire product line is free from causing a Check Engine Light (CEL) in all 2.3L MZR Turbo vehicles operating OEM engine management. In the case that a CEL does occur, our technical assistance will troubleshoot the code for a solution. Our CEL guarantee is not applicable on products outside of our product line that effect air flow or the fuel system.

Components Guarantee // Our Warranty covers every component of the product line. This includes all grade polyurethane, all aluminum alloys, all grade steel, all silicone, all units of filtration, and all hardware.

Limited Lifetime Warranty // Our Lifetime Warranty is limited to the original purchaser, with verified proof of purchase from SURE Motorsports or an authorized dealer. Our Warranty covers against breakage or malfunction of the product under normal use due to defects in material. At our discretion, we will replace or repair any defective SURE Product with the same or updated version at no cost to you. We will refund the purchase if a repair or replacement is not possible. The product Warranty will become null and void if the product is misused, abused, tampered with, modified, installed incorrectly, taken apart, or if the product is repaired by anyone other than SURE Motorsports. Our Warranty does not cover any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from any or all uses of SURE Motorsports Products.
