Nonexistent customer service, cheap product |

My first problem is that this emblem doesn't fit on the front of my 2011 RX-8. It's too small. My second problem is that the product literally looks like a spray job that somebody did at home, with scuffs in the paint and fingerprints and masking tape and all. My third problem, and worst of all, is that I tried to return this item because it didn't fit. I followed the instructions on the website to contact customer service about returning the item. I received no response and it's been a month. What a waste of $50+. I don't think I can trust this website again.
