Garrett Dual Ball Bearing GT28RS turbo assembly with a T25 style turbine inlet with internal wastegate pre-assembled. This turbo is great for small displacement engines up to 2.2L and has the ultimate spool up time compared to other units. This turbo has a flow capacity of approximately 350HP. Also known as the Disco Potato. Complete and authentic Garrett Turbo.

Wheel: 53.85mm GT series with 76 trim
Housing: .64 or .86 A/R

Compressor Specs:
Wheel: 60mm with 62 trim
Housing: .60 A/R

I have purchased the Gt28rs turbo and installed it on my Mazda Speed 6. Turbo spool is very fast. With my other mods horse power output is 336. I love this turbo. There is little lag and seems like instant boost. I did have to modify my exhaust manifold a little. I do my own work so I can say it was well worth the purchase.

i bought this turbo for 2 reasons: 1) it is cheaper than stock replacement by $90, 2) i called SU, and they told me "yes, it is a direct bolt on replacement". well IT"S NOT. mechanic time went from 4hr time to 7hr time $65 x 3hrs = $195. so i paid more for this turbo anyway. This turbo has to be "clocked" before installing AND a bracket has to be customized to fit your old wastegate. to be honest, my T25 spooled quicker and i got better boost w/out needing a boost controller.
